I love learning, and I love to teach. It's rewarding to help students learn new things. I'm currently attending Arizona State University for my bachelor's degree in biochemistry. I'm also pursuing a Spanish minor. I developed a love for the Spanish language serving a mission in Peru. I can tutor students in middle school level and high school level math as well as Spanish. I believe every student learns differently, and each student has their own strengths and areas of opportunity. To be successful as a tutor, I need to present material using the teaching style that matches the way my student learns best. This requires me to form a connection with a student so I can get to know them and understand how they learn. I'm quick to adapt, and I'm determined to help my students succeed, so I will put forth whatever effort I need to ensure my student be successful. In my free time, I enjoy sports, hiking, running, and making things with wood.
