Experience
I have had such an enjoyable time during my years as a student that I want everyone to feel the way I do about learning. That's the main reason I love to tutor. Another reason I love to teach is because I have chosen Social Work and Counseling as my vocation and career path, so I genuinely want to help others. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University with a minor in Psychology. I am about to begin the next phase of my education at the same institution by obtaining a master's degree in Counseling and Social Work. My specialties are mathematics and Spanish linguistics. In regards to mathematics, I am proficient at breaking down statistics and basic algebra problems into easily understandable concepts. I am also extremely proficient in explaining psychological concepts. In addition, I love to go over my student's papers, editing them where I see fit and offering helpful suggestions and constructive criticism. I am especially skilled at spotting mechanical errors and problems with content expression when editing my students' papers. When I'm not teaching or studying, you will find me on the soccer pitch, either playing for my club team or coaching other teams.
