I earned my bachelor's degree in math education from Brigham Young University. Since graduation, I've been a high school teacher. As for tutoring, I'm adept at helping students with AIMS, ASPIRE English, ASPIRE math, ASPIRE reading, ASPIRE science, algebra, math, calculus, geometry, pre-calculus, and trigonometry. I'm also well-versed in assisting students with preparing for standardized tests such as the ACT. My teaching philosophy is based on the premise that students should have the freedom to ask as many questions as needed. Tutoring offers me the challenge to break down and explore concepts in original ways to make it relatable to my students.Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, playing soccer, doing logic puzzles, and cooking.
