I have my master's in Social Work after attending Arizona State and Notre Dame. I chose that educational path as I have a passion for helping people and that is what actually led me to tutoring, as I get to spend a lot of quality time with people while learning their personal learning styles. This allows me the chance to alter my personal teaching styles so that I am giving them the best tailored help possible. I also work at the students desired pace so that they will not become overwhelmed.Helping my tutoring students with their test preparation is something that I am very good at, mostly because I enjoy focusing on the trends and patterns that usually find their way into those standardized tests. Of course, I also do well with math, English, accounting, and history so I can help a lot with those subjects. This means that I am able to help students that are in grade school or all of the way up to graduate school level.Even with all of that on my plate, I do find time for my personal interests. I enjoy watching football, hiking, and daydreaming about the trip I will someday take to Africa.
