I am originally from Chicago, Illinois, but currently live in Tempe, Arizona, by way of Phoenix. After earning my degree from DePaul University, I began working as an educator at a secondary school. I was able to work one on one with students who suffer from emotional and behavioral disorders. I loved the freedom of being able to enrich these kids with a colorful curriculum. Some of the subjects that I have been privileged to teach are government, world history, social studies, social sciences, elementary math, and middle school math. I have also taught lessons on Algebra 1, Algebra 2, pre-calculus, geometry, trigonometry, psychology, American history, and European history. However, of those classes, my favorites are math, history, and social sciences. When I am not teaching, I love to practice blowing my trumpet, watching movies, and playing trivia. I am also a big fan of ice hockey and crocheting. Oftentimes, I dedicate my spare time at the local humane society.
