I graduated from Princeton University in 2018 with a BA in Philosophy. Throughout college, I specialized in Philosophy of Science and Formal Logic. That year, I completed my thesis on the Fine-Tuning Argument entitled "Fine-Tuning and the Need for Further Explanation: Why Humanity-Sustaining Conditions May Not Require a Response." In 2020, I finished my Master's Degree in Liberal Arts at Arizona State University.
Experience
I currently tutor students preparing for the college admissions process, focusing on standardized test preparation (SAT/ACT) and college application essays. I also help students with their writing in the humanities and in social science subjects. While I have recently begun tutoring as a career, I have previously worked with students and family members in an informal capacity, helping them improve their writing mechanics and test-taking skills. My work in the fields of philosophy and logic required a unique combination of mathematical knowledge, scientific understanding, and effective writing skills. Additionally, I have extensive experience in English, Sociology, Math, and Physics. This educational background has equipped me to teach all aspects of the major standardized tests and help students put forward their best in applications. I am a passionate runner, and I compete in track and field events at the professional level. Currently, I am preparing for the 2021 Olympic Trials in the 1500m run. As an athlete, I am a Princeton record holder, Ivy League Champion, and Academic All-American. I try to apply that passion and dedication to helping students succeed!
