I'm a recent graduate from Syracuse University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in biochemistry. I had a minor in psychology. While I was in college, I tutored my peers and decided to continue to do it outside of school. I've had a lot of positive feedback from my students, as many have told me that they actually learned something from me. This is very gratifying to hear, especially when considering the subjects I tutor in. I teach mostly biochemistry. However, I am also well versed in biology and organic chemistry. I have found that it's best to show my students concepts in a visual format, though I often adapt my curriculum to fit the needs of individual students. I believe that my love of science, and my patient attitude, makes me easy for students to work with. I hope that through working with me, that they can come to love science as much as I do. Some of the subjects that I am well versed in include organic chemistry, biochemistry, science, and biology.When I'm not working, I enjoy cross fit, hiking, yoga, cooking, and watching movies.
