Experience
I am currently pursuing my degree in Chemical Engineering and want to continue a path towards academia. My experience as a tutor can be reflected from my involvement in as an active leader in an organization, working as a grader, doing research, working on engineering projects, and working on an engineering education activities for two years. I want to be a tutor because I understand the struggles of education. Learning is difficult! Your body is literally changing every time you learn and that amount of stress is difficult. I been through the challenges of always being the student that often struggles to balance school, work, and social life. What these struggles have taught me is the ability to create new techniques, strategies and methods that improved my life and I want to share it to others. I love teaching chemistry and calculus the most but I am qualified to teach a wide range of courses from my experience as an engineer student. I will be pursuing a PhD or Masters Degree after graduation.
